The product at 10quant.com is a platform serving a full range of users: first-time traders get guided strategies with one-click deployment to live containers; professional desks get custom indicator logic, dual-axis backtests, and live monitoring with drift recovery. The engine trades statistical arbitrage on Binance, MEXC, and OKX futures, with Kalman-filter hedge ratios, composable entry gates, and one Docker container per pair for fault isolation.

Open-source weather models, priced against Polymarket
Four forecast models price Polymarket weather markets: NOAA GFS plus self-hosted Aurora, GraphCast, and Pangu-Weather. The ensemble produces calibrated probabilities; a GLM-4 agent classifies markets and analyzes bundles via function calling; an hourly backtest framework re-scores all live signals to validate filter performance. Designed and built independently.

Text-to-short-film generation with consistent characters
An end-to-end pipeline running entirely on local hardware: LLM screenplays, character reference sheets, consistency-chained keyframes, image-to-video, local TTS, and word-level subtitles. Per-character LoRA training preserves identity across shots; an optional cloud tier trades locality for speed.

A bilingual two-sided platform spanning customer portal to ops console
A bilingual (EN/中文) medical-travel platform covering the full service cycle: lead intake, ticketing, realtime chat with file transfer, quotes and orders, a staff admin console, Stripe payments, WhatsApp handoff, and a PWA with push notifications. The project was a single-engineer delivery across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

AIGC service pipelines behind a consumer product
The backend for a consumer AIGC product on Discord: image stylization, upscaling, image-to-video, text-to-speech, and music generation, dispatched through concurrent worker groups. Firebase for auth, Stripe for subscriptions (including iOS IAP), GCS for delivery.
